Previous capitec debt collector still deducting money

Good day, I really hope this is the last time I'm writing about this capitec matter. The issue is that my mom had a loan with Capitec it was then handed over to their debt collector at that time Lanica Debt Recovery which has been deducting from her payslip ever since and that was fine. Recently in December she received communication from new debt collectors for capitec telling her of her outstanding debt which she then settled and got a paid up letter for. The problem is however that Lanica Debt Recovery is still deducting a R1000 from herror payslip even now she went to capitec and they sent everything to the head office which then sent an sms saying they will investigate the matter and give feedback within 5 working days it has been more than 3 weeks now with nothing from the investigation.

Please can someone assist in giving feedback and Lanica Debt Recovery to stop deducting money because that loan account has been paid off.
