Pretoria north capitec tellers have no respectr

Today I went to deposit at capitec and a white lady teller at shouted at me just because she asked the wrong question by saying who do you deposit to instead of what is the acc no you are depositing to and then whose the owner of the acc.I didn't understand why she shouted because I didn't understand what she was looking for.She said account please! And then I said please don't shout at me and she kept on making a show of as if I was the wrong one and she moved me aside to be assisted by a black lady<br> <br> I'm angry because am not a child and just because I can't shout like I must then be shouted at.The customer service of the bank is really low standard and if the branch manager is not careful he/she will lose their job
