Prescription letter refusal

I have requested numerous times now, I have prescribed accounts with capitec. I want prescriptions letters for my debt review but you are just sending me to DMC to whom you sold the debt. They cannot assist me as they are also trying their luck. I need the prescription letters so please send it to me
