Prescribed Letter

Good day

I app**** for debt review while having these two Capitec loan accounts (numbers *** and ***).

Capitec then sold these to MBD and referred me to MBD for all queries, including the prescribed letter.

MBD sent me a prescribed letter for only account numbers ***. However, the debt counsellor wants to see the original Capitec account numbers in the letter - "Please pay attention to the highlighted reference numbers *** and *** for the prescribed Capitec loan accounts , these needs to be on the prescribed letters."

Please send a prescribed letter reflecting this *** Capitec account numbers that have since prescribed if not paid up.

Reviewer Update
Good day
A consultant called from *** on Tuesday.
I told her that I app**** for debt review in 2014 and account number *** was included in the debt counseling process. That is why the debt counsellor wants a letter reflecting the status of this account as either closed or prescribed.
The consultant then confirmed that the account had no balance when it was closed in 2016. I then told her I want a letter confirming what she said.
I am following up as she said she will escalate.
This request of a paid up or prescribed account letter is my right not privilege and it deserves utmost urgency.

Kind regards
