Prescribed debt showing as active and missed payments

I have prescribed debt since last year ,this was updated with all credit bureaus.Then one of the account were added again on my name by one of your agents saying i made payment.This account is now showing as missed pay.ent every month.

I have phoned and i have emailed,i have sent the information via email.

You have told me that its the bureaus problem but it is from your side as the bureau updates according to your records.

I need help to sort this out as the bureau is saying you need to update.

This have been going on for months now.

Its showing active ,only one of the accounts and someone updated it saying i made payment on this account after i was sent prescribed letter

I need this sorted out as i am not missing payments on this account and please do not ask me to email my information as i have done this so many times.I need someone to sort this out
