Prescribed Debt older than 12 years!
Good day,
Please advise why debt that has prescribed over 12 years ago is still showing on my profile. My husband and I both had loans with you at the same time but his is removed and mine is showing on profile? As per the prescription act 68 of 1969 this debt is prescribed and not eligible for collection. Please have this removed asap!
