Prescribed debt letter refusal
Issues obtaining prescription letter I have requested numerous times now, I have prescribed accounts with capitec. I want prescriptions letters for my debt review but you are just sending me to whom you sold the debt. They cannot assist me as they are also trying their luck. I need the prescription letters so please send it to me

14 Jun 2024, 13:20I did receive a mail from capitec,they keep on sending me mails to say that they are busy investigating the issue,there is no issue,I require a prescription letter as simple as that,nothing needs to be investigated which tells me they haven't even looked at my request as yet.
