Prescribed debt harrassment

I have been harrassed by a company called vvm debt collectors for prescribed debt from capitec bank . They are rude and call me over 9 times a day which is against the law!

I dont understand why I still have this debt reflecting on my credit report as this is prescribed debt and should be completely removed ! I should not be harrassed years later from some other company for prescribed debt!
