PRESCRIBED DEBT
I have jut gotten my credit report. And see that an prescribed account is still reflecting on my credit report after more than 10years. Capitec can you please assist with getting this removed. when i phone i am being transferred from one person to another. You also sold this account to Shackleton as per my understanding, and yet again now it is reflecting twice for the same account, this is *******: As per The Transunion report the account number is 0212******
According to the Prescription Act 68 of 1969, a debt is prescribed
