Prescribed debt
I had a loan and a credit card with capitec in 2016 unfortunately in December 2017 I lost my job I couldn't pay my debt. It's more than 5 years now the debt should have been prescibed but it is still reflecting negatively on my credit profile. please remove it or I'm taking it further to ombudsman.
