Prescribed accounts reflecting on Banking App

I recently received my prescription letter from Capitec which stated that they will no longer collect any monies on those accounts. I noticed that on my Capitec banking app the loan amount still reflects and when I queried i was told that it cannot be removed due to the listing on my name. This is not acceptable and needs to be removed from my banking app
