PRESCRIBED ACCOUNT BUT STILL LISTED ME ON ITC

I have been requesting CAPITEC BANK to remove my name from ITC coz the account that they listed me with it prescribed long time ago and they have failed to produce evidence to prove that prescription was interrupted instead they gave excuses saying my account was bought by MBD and now they want money from me *******ly coz the account is prescribed. Im tired of this running around PLEASE CAPITEC DO YOUR JOB AND REMOVE MY NAME FROM ITC COZ WHAT YOUR DOING IT IS *******. #BLACKFRIDA
