I have just sent someone airtime. The amount has been deducted but it did not show whether the transaction was successful or not. It was not recieved!!! May I get my money back in my account please!!

17 Dec 2019, 13:58Hi. I have just recieved confirmation that the airtime just got through. I don't know what happened but the deduction did not go to waste, just that the app did not confirm the transaction as successful. I also just recieved a call from Capitec and I spoke to Bulelani Kula who said that the matter is going to be escalated further. Not much to do now as the airtime has been recieved. I hope there is a resolution to the app having this type of glitch because for a second there I thought I had money lost.
