Prepaid purchased

I recently bought a R100 telkom data it hasn't reflected yet when I call them they tell me u must come to the branch or it will reflect tomorrow how possible, I'm need to use this data now, I'm staying far imagine taking a taxi to go to branch to fix this little thing
