Prepaid electricity
Buying pre-paid electricity through Capitec is a nighmare. Amount of units you get are never the same. 29 units for R150. Its ridiculous. Then I phoned to ask whats the problem and was told I was behind on water and lights bill without giving them any info which I'm not and with attitude. I am going to leave capitec in the near future. I can also see by the reviews that they have no interest in responding to customer complaints. Thats pathetic. Once bought R30 electricity aswell and never received it. Still waiting for them to refund that money. Very disappointed in Capitec
