Premature deduction

Am so disappointed with capitec I have been with them for so many years not even once have I missed a loan payment...they send me an sms on the 13th saying they are going to deduct early this month I thought they are joking only to wake up today the 14th they really did deduct their loan today and the agreement is they deduct on the 15th of each month unless the 15th will be on weekend thats when they will deduct on the 13 or 14 depending when is the 15th...I am so hurt by this because the money that came in today was meant for something else now I have nothing on my account and have to wait tomorrow to get paid and do wat I was suppose to do with today's money...am really hurt by this why couldn't they wait until tomorrow obviously they would have found their money on my account as am getting paid tomorrow the 15th and they are use to deducting on the 15th y the change of dates and they warn me a day before they deduct y ddnt they tell me I time am really disappointed and hurt by this
