Pre-authorization payment refund
Capitec doesnt want to refund my pre-authorisation payments to chegg, i tried to whatsapp the consultants for help, they spoke a different language in assisting me. One said the money is held, the other said i will be charged 80 per R127 pre - authorization payments, i made two unsuccessful payments
