Pre authorization fee still not reversed !!!!!!

Hi

I have two pre authorization amounts that I have asked to be sped up to be release ? Why is this taking so long and no one is getting back to me ?

There are two amounts pending . One from Zara and one from Agoda . I want these reversed back into my account!
