Powerball winnings not paid for two draws.
Good morning, I played powerball on Friday the 29th of March 2024 and I won small winnings and didn't receive those funds. Then I played on Tuesday 3rd of April 2024 and won a small winning, but I still didn't get those funds!! What is up with Capitec? I have never had issues like this but suddenly? And I have refreshed my app, uninstall/ installed my app, switched off /on my Location. But still nothing?
