Powerball 27/01/2026 Bad service from Capitec

On the 27 January 2026 I have played powerball through Capitec app and I have match a bonus of 3 but was never credited my concern after all attempt Capitec never show willing to assist to get my R10 as when play they charged me but when it's time for them to pay they drag their feet my question should I continue playing using Capitec app will they able pay me millions if they are falling to pay a R10
