Power of attorney
Capitec is the worst when it comes to legal matters. Even the consultants and back office have no clue. My mom is sick and cannot move around. I went to the branch to enquire about whether just a power of attorney will be enough so that i can be able to run her errands and I am being sent from pillar to post. This is frustrating.
