Positive energy

Wow, wow, wow. The service received from Capitec call center this evening was phenomenal. The energy was amazing and obviously my problem is hopefully sorted.

My call was taken by a gentleman named Andries, Albridge or Elbreez ( didn't catch his name properly). He was very professional and very alive for a person on night shift. The thing is that I've made calls before to Capitec in the night and the people sound not so alive.

He understood my problem and played his part very well. Often the consultants will say we will send a message with the incident number but never do. The gentleman said I will receive an sms with the incident number- the sms was received before the end of the call.
