POS Machine issue

On the 8th i released a batch of R820 on the POS machine, the money deposited into my account R479. 58 i called on the 9th the lady told me the reason I was paid that much was because of a public holiday and the money will be deposited today, i called the merchant support today iam told a different story, however the gentleman referred me to the portal to view my transactions iam unable to log in, the batch 11 on the machine clearly states that iam to receive R820 but iam today told that the money rolled over from the previous day, which is not true according to my device, iam very frustrated as iam unable to operate my small business because of this mess the bank has created
