Porting nightmare

I have been struggling to port my number from Vodacom to Capitec Connect for more than 4 weeks now. If I phone Capitec, they blame Vodacom, if I phone Vodacom they blame Capitec connect. This is absolutely ridiculous. Why must I struggle like this?
