Poor standards

I have been a Capitec client for several years and I'm very happy. Now that it has business banking I app**** for an account. NEVER has opening an account taken this long. The back up is not to the standard I've become accustomed to. I received an sms from CCD Couriers some days ago. I followed up this morning, and my card can only be delivered next Tuesday between noon and 4pm.....so for me this means cancelling all of my online consultations, to wait 4 hours to receive a card. I offered to collect it myself from the courier company but the nearest offices are in Mthatha or Port Elizabeth, both 3 hours drive away. Mercantile is missing something, and it does not help much that Capitec staff are unable to assist much either.
