Poor services... Treat your customers with Respect

I received a call from capitec on Monday from the forensics dept I missed the call as I was in a meeting... Immediately after they send me an email I rep**** back twice to be contacted back I phoned on Tuesday to be contacted back by the forensic dept till date I haven't received a call from them... In the email they send me on Monday they stated that they need my documents to investigate my case I submitted all the documents in September at the capitec branch in parys how does the system work if they still need the same documents im really not happy with the service I have received from capitec
