poor services

<p>I Bank with capitec I rate they service poor...i made a payment via my app to the wrong account...they have told me it will take up to 7 working days...like ***...what if this person that got my cash draws the money within the 7 days ...i need help payment made from capitec to FNB it's a huge amount...i think they need to up they service if they can view all the info on the system of transactions why should we wait for 7 working days?</p>
