Poor service/Declined cash missing claims
I withdrawed R1300 but only 300 came out the atm immediately ran out of service and stopped working, one of the staff members witnessed the incident but when i put in claims for my missing money they are declined saying cash was taken although it was witnessed that only 300 came out
