Poor service with no TAT

I app**** for a personal loan online with Capitec, sent through all the requested documents however an agent named Lerato Kgosang did not finalize the application. I called their call centre several times, their agents hung up on me because they were afraid to tell me that my application was not processes, instead of telling the truth, they all said its in its finalization stage. I am very disappointed in their service, its appalling.
