Poor service /Unnecessary Process

I have made a transfer of huge amount from my std business account to my capitec account on the 7th of March 2025,till to date I haven't received it. I have been to the branch several times and even called several times and I have produced whatever they've requested from me and I was told that funds will reflect within 24hours.i was in the branch just now, the funds are there in the system but not clearing in my account, I'm just told to wait for the funds to clear. How long do I have to wait to get my money?? Capitec bank has no sense of urgency, they run their bank as if they're running a ****a shop. I wouldn't recommend anyone to have this account, their service sucks.
