Poor service rendering

An sms was received that an overdue amount of R0.01 is due and needs to be settled by contacting a landline number. After >9 minutes call from my mobile phone did i manage to speak to someone who said that this happens and they will debit the amount from another account. I find this pathetic to receive such an sms after the said bank debit my account anyway with the amount needed to keep all in a healthy state. I have spend more money making contact to have this 1 cent settled compare to be informed of any issue. In this time and age i find the service of a low standard.
