Poor service offering
Indeed you cant be meeting the service to your clients, for the past few days you showing that you are a useless bank, and by this moment i am taking my account back to a reputable and reliable bank, we cant transact on your stupid app and even your sms service, the only thing you say is is busy working on the problem until when
