Poor service in OPhongolo Branch

The are companies who are withdrawing my money in my account and they take R98 on the month end and if I go to the bank Asanda Ncube and Nurse they say you can't stop this people who debiting my money and if I say I want to cancel the account and open the new account they tell to get the pay slip, Where I will get the pay slip because I am not working and CAPITEC if I self service they charge me R15 per service.
