Poor Service in Capitec Bank (george CBD branch)

Hello i went to capitec bank to open for a case and they told me to bring the required documents and i did bring all the required documents. After that they said Capitec head office will call me back they never called ..today i called them asking about my case and they told me the case is closed .im not happy about the service they gave me in George CBD branch
