Poor service from Ellias

I got so dissaponted by the teller his name is Ellias and the rude lady with soft drads. Actual they do not know what is customer service they talk as if they talk with their kids. I openes an account today dy with capitec and i was so happy with service i got from the guy. He then transfered m to deposit side where i met these 2 rude 1.Ellias wanted my cell number i asked cell number is he not suppose to ask for account number juuuu Gosh they made me a joke. I said explain to me i never use this bank. Jooo i regreted i dd i open this bank at first. This needs to be addressed as soon as yesterday.
