Poor service from Capitec consultant

I very paid my account using my bank account card now I need the info from my account to show when I pay paid the account I could see a statement but I can't get a direct detail of my payment info to printed to me and the same same info I see on my appi can't get and I can't do snap shot so .now my money goes to the drain due to my bank that can't just print the information on my account or app .how do you tell us switch to Capitec to get this low kind of service
