Poor service from Capitec Bank

Please Dont ever take a personal loan from Capitec Bank!!i made a mistake by taking a personal loan with them, I've never skipped a payment and my debit date are the 25th of each month, yesterday i received some payment into my bank account and Capitec debited my account for the personal loan,i must still get paid for this month and the money that were paid into my account was for something else!!
