Poor Service from Capitec Bank

I made a payment to ABSA bank which were reverted to Capitec bank. I have query it about 10 times over the last 3 months with no solution. The Fochville branch say that the money been deposit into a pool and must be allocated back to my account. This is very annoying and poor service delivery.
