Poor Service from Capitec Bank

Capitec Bank service has gone from bad to worse. Customer service from SOME of their consultants is hell. *********** is an understatement.

How on earth would they fail to debit my account with money available on my account, that turns out to be my fault. Been trying to resolve this issue a couple of times but no help. This thing has affected my credit rating due to late payment.

I would not advise anyone to use Capitec if they want to live in peace.
