Poor service from capitec

Not happy with they service my account was closed and other 7ppl I did transfer to, I had to run around to submit affidavit, and go to branch with each, the worse part is that some they money never come back.....

And the transaction my nephew did was thousand rand I did more than 5000transfer to the 7ppl but all they account was closed, worse your contultant and manager Ian in Chatsworth , Montclair we easily telling me I don't know made me run around the police station,
