POOR SERVICE from Capitec!

On the 23 of January 2026 i went to Capitec to open a funeral plan, and i even advised the lady working at Capitec to please start the debit order in March. I was suprised to see my account being debited on the 13th of February 2026,On the 16th of February 2026 i went to the branch to cancel the funeral policy, And on the 21 of February 2026 I went to enquire about the refund, and the Policy was still active. All i need is my money!
