Poor service from Capitec

Bad service from Capitec. As a client, phoning them, they need my ID to put me through to a branch. This is personal details that one does not share over any phone line. With the ****s these days this is absolutely not on. Just patch me through to the branch I requested. Maybe it is time to change banks.
