Poor service from capitac bank waterstone village Somerset Helderberg

Went to capitac bank at Waterstone Village Somerset Helderberg. I ask the lady for assistance regarding my business account. She told me that they doesn't assistance with business accounts or if the the account Is close...I told them it's strange because I got assistance the last time.im very unhappy with the service and the lies (information)that was give to me... Since when doesn't a bank assist with accounts .When I went back to ask again because I knew she fave ne the wrong information. The gentleman also told me that it wasn't true they can assist. Maybe she didn't wanted to assist me because I saw everyone was busy.but why does she lie to a customer
