Poor service ever
The loan i took on the 11 of April 2026 and canceled on the 12 of April 2026 is still not yet settled. My account was debited yet I do not have the loan money.
Capitec is a poor financial institution, if anyone thinks of taking a loan there, do your research first. The never provide feedback on your case, you have to call them and when you call them, you have to remind them of your case.
Today its the 1st May 2026. Im sitting with a debited account and with a loan.
