Poor service

Since I open my capitec business in January, it can't be verified on CSD, and I can't work coz of my account not verified, I've being in and out of capitec banks without any luck and it's giving my business a bad image, went to capitec business in Cycad branch (in polokwane) today the couldn't help me either, as no one seems to know what to do. Not even giving me a good attitude of helping me to have way forward 🥺
