Poor service. Disgusting service of all the banks

I have a loan account with capitec bank which was opened on or during February 2019. According to the agreement Capitec was suppose to debit my bank account which I have with capitec the monthly repayment on the 25th of every month which is my pay day. The problem started when started when I changed the bank and started banking with FNB and moved the debit order to FNB. Capitec always collect before my salary and as a result the debut order always bounce and leave me with charges at FNB. I then went to Capitec in order to change the collection date to the 25 and not the 24th. I was then told that I should bring a letter from my employer to confirm that I am getting paid on the 25th because my payslip says payment date is the last day of the month. So if my payslip says last day of the month how did they arrive to the date of the 24th. Who gave Capitec the date of the 24th. Capitec please not all the banks clear money before the initial payment like you do. I am very much dissapoint with capitec. They are very much unprofessional and play with our money. That is the reason I left your bank and never trusted you for my salary to be deposited into your bank.
