poor service delivery

Last week i complaint about Capitec Bank in Middelburg not assisting my sister and still the matter has not been resolved. One person from Capitec Bank phoned her last week friday then he said he will come back to her the following day but until now no one has assisted my sister. This is not a big problem to solve because my sister submitted all the documents needed and I'm so disappointed in Capitec Bank My sister has 2 kids to take care of, school fees to pay, food to buy, transport money to pay for the kids. Im really disappointed
