Poor service

On 21 August 2026 I visited Capitec Chilli Lane for a loan, where I was offered a sim card cause I have an existing credit card with them. This lady who was assisting me changed my profile cell number without my consent and now people can't send me money. Their app is as useless as the agents that I keep getting to sort this nonsense.
