Poor service, Capitec

I just came from the Capitec branch situated in Bloemfontein. I went there to apply for a small credit facility of R1000. I was assisted by a consultant named Mohau. Now i had three months worth of pay slips which was printed from my employer's HR system. Mohau, took the slips and decided to only use the latest slip(January 2020). I've been a Capitec client since 2012. Mohau started the application process and than perused my pay slip in detail. No questions asked, he than does an assessment and the system approves me for a 12 month loan of R79000, and a small credit facility(which i wanted in the first place) of R1062. The whole process took almost 30 min. to complete. I informed the consultant than that i would rather like the small facility and not the bigger one. Than Mohau proceeded and said , he would like to give me the facility, but there's one problem, there is a digit missing on the net salary, cents portion of my pay slip. He asked me then if it was cut-off or something ( due to printing)as one cents digit is missing. I explained to him that that's how the system printed the slip. It shouldn't be a problem as the correct cents should reflect on my bank statements which would correct his concern. Mohau then said that due to compliance he can not except my pay slip like that, eventhough all my years salaries and details are with Capitec. I than thanked Mohau and told him that "i'll remember Capitec next time they phone again wanting to offer me Credit". So, it simply means that i will never ever apply at Capitec again I have lost total interest now.I am also considering moving. Pure and "simple bad service"from that Branch. It wasn't even escalated to the branch manager.
