Poor service: Capitec Bank License renewal services.

It is with utmost disgust that I have to write about a bank whom we have been banking with 12 years+.

Used their license renewal feature 2-3 months ago and to date we have not received our disk. Every time when you call them they have the same excuse that is it is their courier services and if we receive a fine they will deal with it. This resulting in us driving around with an expired license disk
